Avet Reels MXJ Star Drag Trolling Reel features a large and powerful multi-disc Carbon Fiber Drag System and is constructed with stainless steel gears, precision billet machined yoke mechanism and components as well as precision billet machined 6061 T-6 marine grade aluminum structural components. it has a spool tensioner which allows adjustment of the resistance or spacing of the spool, and the MC model provides magnetic cast control. Ideal for bottom fishing, jigging and slow jigging.

This reel is also equipped with SILENT dog and gear anti-reverse system, with more engagement teeth to reduce handle back play. Other features include Avedrag dry carbon fiber drags, loud alarm clicker, 7+1 stainless steel ball bearings, corrosion resistant Type II Anodized finish, matching machined aluminum rod clamp offset machined handle arm and a large soft touch handle knob.
