Shimano Sedona FI Spin Reels feature a Hagane Gear that is designed to withstand continual extreme use and is made of cold-forged aluminum for smooth spin casts and durability. These reels are equipped with a G Free Body that shifts the center of gravity closer to the rod for user comfort and to reduce fatigue. The Propulsion Line Management System provides longer casting distances and prevents backlashes and wind knots from forming.
