The Pettit Anchortech Advanced Hybrid Sealant is a fast dry, paintable sealant designed for above waterline use in all weather conditions. It is 100% waterproof and stays flexible to withstand joint expansion and contraction. This formula can be applied to wet surfaces and in temperatures as low as 20°F, it also is rain proof and ready to paint in 30 minutes. Once cured, the sealant is mold and mildew resistant.
