Returns / Exchanges
At Englund Marine and Industrial Supply we stand behind the products that we carry. It is our wish that each and every customer be happy with any purchase that they make with our company. Establishing an Englund Marine and Industrial online account makes it really easy to make a return because we will have record of your purchase, eliminating the need for a receipt. Products may be returned to any Englund Marine retail store in person, or shipped back to our Astoria, Oregon location. If you do not have an account, a receipt will be required for a return. A Return Goods Authorization is required for any item not being returned in person to one of our stores.
We do not credit shipping chargers for non-defective returns.
If a product is defective or under warranty we will refer back to the Manufacturer’s Warranty policy to determine the proper way to handle your return.
If you are shipping product back to us we ask that you contact our Customer Support group for a return authorization number (503-325-4341). This will allow for us to process your return and correctly issue credit. Upon receipt of the product we will credit the card you provided for the purchase and contact you with any questions.
To make a return that is shipped back to our company:
1. Call us to get an RGA # (503-325-4341) and we will determine the carrier that should be used for the return.
2. Write the RGA# on the return box, or on any paperwork that you put in the box with the product.
