The EZ Puller EZ E80X is a three-piece Schedule 80 electric davit designed for recreational crab, shrimp, and lobster pot retrieval. The design uses a sleeved gunnel mount or a flat deck mount with a 1.9 hp 601 express motor. The davit kit includes an electrical switch and harness to control the davit. The sheave is an anodized v-roller style, and the block is aluminum with stainless quick link and davit pin. The 12vdc motor is a sealed water-resistant motor with an oil bath, roller bearings, steel and bronze alloy gears, a die cast aluminum gear box and uses synthetic gear oil.
