Victorinox Paring/Peeler Knife Sets feature a serrated peeler and a 3-1/4" paring knife. Each piece has a contoured nylon handle and high carbon, stainless steel blades. The paring knife has a hardened, ground and polished edge that allows the blade to be sharpened as needed. Available in a range of handle colors.
