The Smokehouse Products Big Chief Top Load Electric Smoker is a compact unit designed to smoke fish, jerky, sausage, cheeses and more. The top loader allows the user to conveniently move all the grill racks and drip pan at once. It produces consistant low temperature and is constructed for good smoke circulation and dehydration. The smoke pan is removable without opening the top lid in order to prevent fluctuating temperatures. This smoker is made of embossed aluminum with easy-slide chrome plated grills. It plugs into a standard household outlet and will smoke up to 50 pounds of meat or fish at one time.
