Dexter-Russell Sani-Safe Butcher Steel hones a blade to maintain the edge between sharpenings. It realigns the teeth for the blade to use. The blade is made of medium-coarse, high-carbon steel and features a textured, slip-resistant, easy to clean polypropylene handle that whistands high and low temperatures. The handle also has a protective finger guard. This tool has an impervious blade-to-handle seal that provides high sanitary qualification and is NSF certified. Made in the USA.
