The Victorinox Flexible Boning Knife features a high carbon stainless steel blade that is sharp, narrow and curved to easily separate meat from bone. It has an ergonomic Fibrox thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) handle that is hygienic, dishwasher safe, slip resistant and NSF approved. The flexible design is ideal for poultry and fish.
