The Knipex Flexible Hose and Pipe Cutter is designed for cutting thin walled plastic pipes, flexible hoses and rubber hoses up to 1" exterior diameter. It has an opening spring and locking device with tool steel blades that are oil hardened and interchangeable. The body is constructed of fiberglass reinforced plastic. Replacement blades available.
