The Garmin GPSMAP 1042xsv Chartplotter With GT52HW-TM Transducer features a 10" multifunction WXGA color display with pre-loaded Garmin Navionics+ coastal charts and inland mapping with Auto Guidance+ technology. The unit is equipped a high-sensitive internal 10Hz GPS/GLONASS that updates its position every 10 seconds for smooth tracking. It has ANT technology and built-in Wi-Fi that will pair with the free ActiveCaptain app on a smartphone or tablet for access to OneChart, smart notifications and community data. This unit will connect to an engine to show RPMs, fuel flow, temperature and other engine information. It also provides at a glance sailing data, GPX waypoints transfer capabilities, Sailassist, simplified SOS calling, Quickdraw Contours and enhanced auto guidance.
