The Standard Horizon Marine VHF Transceiver with GPS/AIS/NMEA2000 & 30W Hailer features NMEA2000 Plug and Play installation with existing network to extend full VHF and DSC features and the networking supports PGNs for navigation, AIS, and DSC function. It has a built-in AIS receiver that displays AIS target information (MMSI, Call Sign, Ship Name, BRG, DST, SOG and COG) on the large front panel display and allows the user to contact an AIS Ship directly using DSC, shows the vessel's position in relation to AIS targets and alerts you when an AIS ship may be approaching too close to your location via the Closest Point of Approach (CPA) Alarm. Other features include an integrated 30 Watt PA/loudhailer with listen-back capabilities and fog horn more, integrated voice scrambler for private communications, and wireless second station RAM4X capability.
