Freeman Marine 15" 2400 Series Round Liftout Hatch Units have a stainless steel handle & round bar shaft that provides quick-access into shaft alleys, fish sorting, void inspection, ventilation, valving, piping, wiring & controls. The sealing pressure requirements for Freeman hatches ensure proper sealing tension with the required number of uniformly spaced dogs which is superior to the "yoke" or "strongback" type of seals that can cause cover distortion sealing problems.
