MULTI BONDER ADHESIVE 12 MINUTE

The Weld Mount No Slide Multi-Bonder Adhesive is a two part, solvent free, VOC compliant methacrylate-based structural adhesive designed to bond materials in severe environments. It can bond engineered thermo- and thermosetting plastics, composites to metals or various substrate combinations as well as aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel and plated steels. AT-8040 provides a high strength bond with minimal surface preparation and is handling-strength ready in 12 minutes. It will hold all Weld Mount parts on a vertical or overhead surface. The ultimate strength exceeds 3500 psi of tensile shear strength on aluminum with remarkable impact and peel strengths.
