"Navigation Rules & Regulations Handbook" by the USCS is a complete and updated guide to inland and international navigational rules. It is presented by the US Coast Guard and includes all updated Notice to Mariners. It meets 33 CFR 83.01(g) requirements: "The operator of each self-propelled vessel 12 meters or more in length shall carry, on board and maintain for ready reference, a copy of these Rules".
