The Weems and Plath Parallel Plotter is mounted on a roller that allows for plotting courses and parallel lines with direct transfer. The attached rollers keep this plotter parallel as it is slid across a chart. The distance scales are marked at 1:20,000, 1:41,000 and 1:80,000 in order to fit N.O.S. and Coast/Harbor charts, and also includes an inch scale. This plotter also features a semi-circular protractor for measuring courses and bearings against meridian, and two quarter circle protractors for measuring against parallel of latitude.
