The General Tool One-Handed Ratcheting Plastic Pipe and Hose Cutter is for cutting PVC, CPVC, polyethylene, PEX, and ABS tubing from 1/8" to 1-5/8". The ratchet system holds the blade in place while the grip can be adjusted to increase pressure.
