Minn Kota Riptide Saltwater Transom-Mount Trolling Motors are built to withstand the elements of saltwater and itsenvironment. They have an easy, one-handed stow mechanism that gets the motor in and out of the water quickly andcan be deployed with an easy-access thumb release and can be secured in ten different positions. The steeringtension can be control with a tension collar located above the transom mount and can be adjusted to the desiredlevel or kept loose. The quick-lock cam depth adjuster allows for simple depth changes and locks in tight to keepthe motor secure in the right position. The Riptide motor is controlled through a tilt and extend tiller that canboth tilt up and extend out to fit the operator's personal fishing needs, or a telescoping tiller.
