The Victorinox Granton Edge Salmon Slicer Knife features a hollow ground, granton edge that allows food to fall away from the blade to help the knife cut more efficiently. The high carbon stainless steel blade is specially ground and tempered so it can be re-sharpened over and over and will not discolor or stain. It has an ergonomic Fibrox handle that is hygienic, dishwasher safe, slip resistant and NSF approved. The flexible blade is ideal for slicing ham or fish.
