The Simon Soft Spinner, which is also called a Mono Spinner or a 360 Mono Spinner, is an ideal rig choice for river salmon troll. It includes two barbed 3/0 Gamakatsu Octopus hooks, Yamashita squid skirts, Simon's 3.5 spinner blades, and Maxima 40lb Ultragreen mono. The resulting assembly is designed to attract fish with flash and vibration, intrigue them with lifelike appearance, set the hook securely, and hang onto it with abrasion resistant line while battling the fish up to the boat.
