Zero-Rust's Prep Step is an easy-to-mix powder formula that softens and cleans existing rust with a wire brush. It also solidifies any remaining tight rust while phosphatizing the surface below the rust. Prep Step cleans and conditions all surfaces and will prevent flash rust for up to 30 days so immediate painting is not required. This formula does not contain any solvents and is completely biodegradable.
