The Dutton-Lainson Heavy Duty Winch Strap and Hook is for hand winches up to 2,600 lb. capacity and has a standard forged steel snap hook with safety latch on one end. It comes with two bolts and a locknut to install the strap onto a winch drum. Made in the USA.
