Frogg Toggs Women's Rana Elite Cleated Wading Boots are made with a 900 denier nylon upper and feature an EVA midsole with Goodyear welt, reinforced internal toe cap, double padded collar and a lug outsole. These boots are also equipped with polymer lace loops with brass speed hooks.
