The PPG Ameron Amerlock Sealer is a penetrating epoxy primer that is solvent free and compatible with damp surfaces. It has a wicking action that penetrates rusted steel and concrete surfaces and will accept most topcoats. Used for marginally prepared steel and old coatings. Excellent resistance to corrosive environments. It can also be used as a curing compound for new concrete.
