CURVED BLADE CIMETER KNIFE 12"

The Victorinox 12" Curved Blade Cimeter Knife features high carbon stainless steel blade that is specially ground and tempered so it can be re-sharpened over and over and will not discolor or stain. It has an ergonomic Fibrox thermoplastic elastomer textured handle that is hygienic, slip resistant and NSF approved. Cimeter knives are used for butchering large pieces of meat as well as slicing meats, roasts, roast turkey and ham and into thin and even slices.
