The Dexter-Russell Sani-Safe Cut and Gut Knife is a handy fisherman's tool with a knife on one end and a spoon on the other end for scraping out fish. It features a textured, slip-resistant, easy-to-clean polypropylene handle that whistands high and low temperatures. The handle also has a protective finger guard. It is also equipped with a stain free, high carbon DEXSTEEL blade. This knife has an impervious blade to handle seal that provides high sanitary qualification and is NSF certified. Made in the USA.
