The SeaStar Solutions Xtreme Power Assist is a steering system that reduces steering effort and provides a car-like, electric power-assisted driving experience for mechanically steered boats including pontoons, runabouts, RIBS, aluminum fishing boats and center consoles. It is a self-contained, plug-and-play system for fast installation and integrates with any existing SeaStar rack or rotary cable steering system. It will not increase the load on the mechanical steering helm or cable and is equipped with a built-in fail-safe system that automatically reverts to mechanical steering in the event of a system failure. Will fit a wide range of single engine, mechanically steered outboard boats from 90-200HP.
