The Burnwiin 7" Fillet Knife features a trailing point and long belly profile to provide balanced flex for filleting and slicing. The blade is made from 420J2 stainless steel. The full-tang handle features injection-molded composite scales. The included sheath has an integrated Derlin latch/release.
