GRANTON EDGE ROAST/BREAD SLICERS

Victorinox Wide Granton Edge Roast Slicer/Bread Knives feature a hollow ground, granton edge that allows food to fall away from the blade to help the knife cut more efficiently. The high carbon stainless steel blades are specially ground and temered so they can be re-sharpened over and over and will not discolor or stain. They have an ergonomic Fibrox handle that is hygienic, dishwasher safe, slip resistant and NSF approved. The slicer-style design is ideal for slicing ham, fish and bread.
