SeaStar Solutions Capilano Variable Displacement Helms allow the number of steering wheel turns to be adjusted for user comfort and preference. They are for use with Capilano inboard steering systems on single or double inboards up to 30-35' and are equipped with heavy duty brass cylinders and stainless steel mounting hardware. These cylinders are not pressured by air which eliminates pressure drops.
