Rust-Oleum Industrial Choice Primers are fast drying primers which are ideal for everyday indoor/outdoor industrial application where solvent resistance is needed. These primers have modified-alkyd resin and are for use under non-alkyd finishes. One coat will dry in under 12 minutes and can be recoated within 1 hour.
