Megaware Keelguards are designed to protect a boat's keel from damage due to grinding sand, abrasive rocks and concrete ramps. They prevent breakdown of the protective gelcoat finish, which can lead to water leaks and other structural damage. Keelguards have been engineered from a blend of polymer composites and urethanes for a pliable and tough construction that is shock absorbent and easily conforms to every keel. A pressure sensitive, 3M premium adhesive permanently bonds and seals the keelguards in place. Application is easily done in four simple steps with the included do-it-yourself application kit.
