MXL5.8 SINGLE SPEED REELS

The Avet Reels MXL5.8 Reels feature a one piece frame and SILENT dog anti-reverse system. They are equipped with a precision machined, stainless steel single speed gear system with an alarm clicker, offset machined handle arm, 8 stainless steel rubber sealed ball bearings and a lever drag system with an adjustable strike pre-set. The MC moldels features spool speed control when casting in variable conditions and prevents backlash. These reels are equipped with a rod mounting foot to fit most graphite trigger seats as well as standard rod seats and are constructed of 6061 T-6 marine grade aluminum with a matching machined aluminum rod clamp and stainless steel components which are anodized for corrosion resistance.
