Vallation Outerwear Neoprene Wristers are lower arm sleeves designed to keep forearms warm and dry. They are made of closed-cell neoprene material covered in nylon, the same material used in survival suits. These sleeves protect the wearer from cold temperatures, keep sleeves dry and provide support to prevent fatigue and carpal tunnel problems.
