Pettit Neptune Hard Hybrid Thin Film Antifouling is compatible over all bottom paints and will not build up over time. It is durable like a hard paint, but will self-polish over time like a seasonal ablative. It does not require sanding between coats and has low VOC. It will clean up with soap and water.
