Oar Deals are easy to install oar sleeves that are designed to cushion strokes and prevent slipping. They are constructed of rubber include an installation cone for simple roll-on installation. Each sleeve will fit a standard 1/-1/2" to 1-5/8" oar and can be removed and used multiple times. Oarlocks not included. Sold in pairs.
