The Scotty ORCA Rod Holder is a rod release style holder that allows a rod to be lifted straight out into fishing position. It is made of fiber reinforced engineering grade nylon and is designed to tilt up and down as well as swivel 360°. It can also be locked closed for travel. The rod holder comes with a locking "push button" combination side/deck mount.
