The Makita 7" Polisher Kit features a variable-speed polisher that has a soft-start to prevent "fling off" of polish, wax and paste. The body has a rubberized loop handle and gear housing for user comfort and a wire mesh intake cover to prevent wool fibers from entering and damaging the motor. It also is equipped with externally accessible brushes, hook and loop backing pad, rubber tool rest and a lock-on button for continuous use. The kit includes a pad alignment/centering sleeve and two types of wool bonnets.
