The Loctite Power Grab Express Heavy Duty Construction Adhesive is a high strength, gap-filling adhesive for both indoor and outdoor applications. This high tack adhesive has a 0 second grab and is repositionable for 15 minutes with a full cure time of 12 hours. It is low-odor, water resistant, paintable, and can be cleaned up with soap and water.
