The Toadfish Professional Edition Oyster Knife is designed for opening thicker shelled oysters in commercial volume kitchens or for the experienced shucker. It has a Japanese stainless steel, stain-free, rust-resistant thick blade with a bent tip for increased leverage and a sharp tip and sides for additional opening power. The handle is made from 100% post consumer recycled plastic and has blade-through construction for strength.
