The Makita 12 Amp Reciprocating Saw is a corded tool powered by a 12A motor with electronic speed control to maintain constant speed under load with less vibration. It has a long 1-3/16" stroke with 0-3,000 strokes per minute for fast cutting, and a variable speed trigger to match speed to application. The double insulated body design keeps dust and debris out of the motor and features rubber and felt seals for additional protection against dust and water. Other features include a soft grip handle, large 2-finger trigger and a tool hook to hang when not in use. This saw is ideal for demolition, metal cutting, wood cutting, drywall and plaster, plastics and remodeling.
