The Dexter-Russell SofGrip 5-1/2" Scalloped Utility Knife is designed for general purpose slicing and features easily restored edge geometry for long-lasting performance. It has a stainless, high-carbon DEXSTEEL blade and features a soft rubber grip handle to reduce stress and wrist injury. The handle also has a protective finger guard at the top of the handle. This knife has an impervious blade-to-handle seal that provides high sanitary qualification and is NSF certified. Made in the USA.
