The Dutch Harbor Sou'Wester Hats are waterproof hats made of a PVC coated polyester fabric with a soft poly/cotton lining. These hats have a long back brim, welded seams and a drawstring closure. Ideal for those who don't like or can't wear a hood, or as an addition to a rain jacket without a hood.
