Rust-Oleum Fluorescent Sprays provide bright, highly visible colors that glow under ultraviolet light. They are ideal for indoor and outdoor applications and can by applied on most surfaces. They do not need a primer, however it is recommended when spraying wood, metal or dark surfaces and for best results it is ideal to apply over a white base coat.
