SS HELM COMMERCIAL 1.7 FM ORB

The SeaStar Front Mount 1.7 Commercial Hydraulic Helm is a hydraulic steering helm pump for high performance hulls with single or multiple outboards up to 700 HP combined. It provides smooth, efficient no-feedback steering for inboard and outboard applications. This helm has new valve technology for tighter and more responsive steering, while minimizing the protection for chattering when overrunning steering loads.

Other features of the -4 helm include improved check valve durability with a more robust design, eliminated flow noise when coming off hard-over position, decreased clicking sound of the lock valve spool during steering reversal, and tighter, more responsive steering for better "regrip" performance.
