P-Line Sunrise Squids are brightly colored soft skirts with red highlighted eyes designed for a range of species, including salmon, albacore tuna, and marlin. They can be used alone or on "daisy chain" set-ups and are a great choice for re-skirting heads.

The product itself is completely fine, the manufacturer merely had a temporary issue with their packaging process.
