The Springfield Marine Taper-Lock Hi-Lo Post provides two positions: "hi" when fishing, and "lo" when underway. This post fits in any Taper-Lock base and is easily removable, but locks securely in place when needed. The tapered Delrin bushing at the base provided a snug, secure fit.
