TYPE II LIFE JACKETS -ADULT

Kent AK-1 USCG Approved Type II / USCG/Transport Canada Approved Level 70 Life Jackets are basic flotation for the boating enthusiast and are designed specifically to provide minimum buoyancy and turn an unconscious person face up in calm water situations.

USCG has changed their labeling from USCG approved Type Codes (Type I through Type V) to USCG/Transport Canada Approved Performance Levels. These new labels are currently being phased in and your new life jacket may have the new or old labels during this period. The new label does not make the old labels obsolete.
