The Makita 1/4" Angle Grinder is a 7.5 Amp slide switch tool that features a labyrinth construction design that seals the motor and bearing from dust and debris, as well as a protective zig-zag varnish to seal the armature. It is equipped with thick coil wires to reduce heat and energy loss, an all-bearing design and metal gear housing and has a slide-type, lock-on on/off AC/DC so it can be used with various power sources. The grinder comes with a side handle and a tool-less wheel guard.
